EVENT Rental Rates depend on factors like day/night of week, # of guests, season, amount of set-up time needed. A rule of thumb is $300 per hour. We'd love to hear about your unique vision and work on a budget that fits your event. Contact us to set up a venue tour!
Our Front photo mural option allows you to brand the front of our building. (25) printed panels make an extraordinary first impression! Or, (4) lower panels create a customized step and repeat.

Parking policy - valet recommended for events over 100 guests.
Open vendor policy - bring in your own catering, decor and beverages as long as they are insured and licensed. We are happy to make suggestions as well.

Front Photo Mural
The front "Skin" of White Avenue Studio can be customized for your event. A unique design enables us to install a giant photograph, made up of 25 printed panels, on the front of the building.
